TheraBox - 自我照顧禮盒

The research-backed activity was a nice change from just getting random samples, and the 7 full-size items meant I didn't feel shortchanged. It felt like a proper ritual rather than a quick treat.

I wasn't sure if a subscription box could really make a difference, but the brain-wiring concept is genuinely interesting and the treats inside were so generously sized. The chocolate bar that came with mine was a perfect little mood booster after a long week.

The therapeutic activity card actually explains the psychology behind why it works, which made me feel like I was investing in my mental health, not just getting a box of stuff. I paired it with the full-size body butter and my evening routine felt genuinely restorative for once.
